The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha’s Youth Employment Program provides young individuals with valuable career exploration, job training, and hands-on work experience. Participants collaborate with local businesses and technical schools to develop essential job skills, preparing them for future career success. As a Worksite Manager Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding youth as they navigate their first job experiences. Your support will help them build confidence, develop workplace skills, and gain a deeper understanding of professional expectations. By volunteering, you contribute to shaping the next generation of skilled and motivated workers while making a lasting impact in their lives.
